it's a term I use a lot, but I guess I mean "sadness", but when you get it mixed with anxiety, pressure, worrying and cold weather it becomes depression.
I left Amman today, and I'm back in UK :(

I'm the same, I arrived in the UK yesterday from Amman and have been feeling really moody and tired. Im sure its the weather but the general atmosphere is so depressing I can't even look at my work! I wanna go home.....

I just don't know how to start working on my dissertation and such.
