Don't worry, Omar, there are some brilliant ADD/ADHD folks out there! I'm sure I'm it too, passed it on to my boys even.
Part of it is just being a big boy. when you are 25 or 30, some of the symptoms reduce or are disciplined into submission. Just don't lose your spark!
You're being dramatic Omar, you are simply stressed and have a lot of things stuck in the back of your mind that need sorting out. WHen those are done you will be fine. But it seems you're running away from them.
I'm a minor in Psychology you know :P If you need help tell me
listen to Kenan. plus mal-nutrition and too much sugar contributes to poor focus and mental distraction.
you can't turn add/adhd on and off.. and you can focus when you need to.
maybe you have dramaqueenitis :p
